Software license agreement among COMET System s.r.o. and the program user

This software is available to the user with the following license agreement. If you install, use or copy this software, it means you have read, you understand and agree with this license agreement:

This software is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty. All copyright concerning this product, its parts and documentation are the property of  COMET System s.r.o. and its suppliers. 

This license enables you to install and use the program free of charge on any number of computers. 

You may not sell, rent, modify or analyze the program.

There is no warranty for using this program. The manufacturer shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or special, incidental or consequential damages or other similar claims. All risks due to quality and performance of the program are transferred to the program user. In case the program will be diagnosed as defected, all expenses related to any service or maintenance are fully to the user.

This License agreement is valid until it is not denounced from one of the parties or the conditions are violate by the user.
